As a Senior Manager, Media at Monks in Bangkok, you will lead performance-driven media campaigns across paid social, programmatic, and search - while playing a key role in expanding our media solutions throughout Thailand and APAC through platform reselling and strategic consulting.
This hybrid role combines campaign leadership with platform commercialisation. You’ll drive results for clients across platforms while helping them adopt and mature across adtech platforms. You’ll govern a team of specialists and collaborate across disciplines to deliver measurable impact and business growth with a focus on in-platform optimisation.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Lead end-to-end management of media campaigns and analytics projects across the account lifecycle
- Champion the commercialisation of media and adtech products, including the reselling of platforms like Google Marketing Platform, with a focus on client onboarding, enablement, and maturity
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through kick-off meetings, strategic guidance, and ongoing performance consultation
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to support integrated media, tech, and analytics initiatives
- Oversee tech stack implementation and collaborate with activation teams to ensure accurate campaign setup and timely execution
- Analyse campaign data across platforms such as Google Ads, GMP, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics - turning insights into impactful actions
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports – connecting media outcomes to business goals
- Develop process, playbooks, and scalable onboarding resources to accelerate client platform adoption
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and long-term value creation across media and platform engagements
- Advise clients on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities
- Maintain vendor relationships, evaluate proposals, and recommend innovative solutions
- Drive process improvements and support product rollouts to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage multiple accounts across the region - ensuring consistency, quality, and client satisfaction
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising account management across agency, publisher, or adtech environments
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, SA360)
- Strong knowledge of the Thailand media landscape across both buy and sell sides
- Proven experience in media planning and activation across paid social, programmatic, and search
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SQL, prompting)
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe Analytics, or GCP, including tag deployment
- Strong client relationship and consultative skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Business proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written) for working with local clients
- Strategic and curious mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation within media
- Track record of growing client relationships and uncovering new revenue opportunities
- Experience with platform reselling or consulting for adtech stacks (e.g. GMP, Meta for Business)
- Commercial acumen with the ability to align technical platforms to business outcomes
- Experience enabling platform adoption or running training programs for clients or teams
