Job Role: Scrum Master

Job Location: Bangkok

Job Type: Contract (6-12 Months Contract)

Responsibilities

• • Define and direct the execution of release management activities within the Agile / Scrum model
  • Partners with relevant Operations, scrum teams and key stakeholders to determine product vision, MVP (Minimum Viable Products), Epics, and stories.
  • Working closely with scrum team to ensure the release is aligned with business vision and strategy.
  • Working closely with other technology development teams to ensure successful integration and deployment.
  • Develop end to end release plan, risks, and dependencies covering all areas.
  • Partner with relevant Operations and business stakeholders to effectively leverage subject matter expertise
  • Manage stakeholders, conduct working group meetings and ensure issues are properly captured and resolved.
  • Establish working relationships and routinely interface with: project sponsors, business stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other functional partners.
  • Lead/participate in agile ceremonies and other project meetings
  • Have experience as scrum master, or as a leader in another agile way or working
  • Have experience in Project management or developer team lead
  • Previous scrum master is a very strong plus, almost a must

Requirements

• • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ Years of expereince in IT Project Management
  • Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks
  • Must be able to communicate between stakeholders and business
