SAP Support Specialist (PM - Plant Maintenance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support for the SAP PM module within the SAP ECC 6.0 environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to the PM module in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand maintenance business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP PM module to align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation such as technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP updates, tools, and methodologies to enhance system functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the SAP PM module.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and the PM module, including configuration and customization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP integration with modules such as MM or FI.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging or development.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance processes and methodologies.
