About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations and efficient workflows by managing a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support the sales team in driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations & Salesforce (SFDC) Management
- Create sales orders (SO), delivery notes, and invoices, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.
- Track monthly sales opportunities and maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
- Billing & Payment Processes
- Perform billing in customer systems (Blockchain, WMS).
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with Finance for timely processing.
- Sales & Customer Support
- Handle sample requests and deliveries for the Sales team and track LWR.
- Process local and export orders, monitor stock levels, and track customer POs.
- Provide weekly updates on PO balances, sales orders, and pending orders to the Sales team.
- Procurement & Documentation
- Create purchase requisitions (PR) for warehouse rental, lab equipment, and supplies.
- Process goods receipts (GR) in SAP, set up new vendors, and verify transport costs for month-end closing.
- Collect and submit invoices, vendor receipts, and related documents to the accounting team (TMF) for monthly account closing.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and support company objectives through effective reporting.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
