Sales Engineer
About the job:
- Explore and define sales opportunities and potentials in the market on each application and segmentation.
- Developing and establishing new customers, identify customer needs and consultatively provide the solutions to ensure business growth consistent with the company product/services line and strategies.
- Utilize CRM software for reporting and intensify strategic information of customers, applications, industries including market and competitor information for sales development process and budgeting actions.
- Establish and work with potential customers, evaluate customer’s requirements, clarify scope of service handling with customer’s product, execute sampling and testing process, discuss the test result, offering the proposal and conduct the negotiation on commercial term such as pricing, credit term and delivery until ensure the total revenue generating and sales process by establish customer contacts, purchase ordering from customers and money collection.
- Intensify customer relation by consultative follow-up for repetitive service usage including cross and up selling, manage and handle customer feedback and complaint.
- Plan, Prepare and conduct all contract negotiations with customers according to the sales strategy.
- Promote and ensure company’s branding and interests, participate promotional event; take part by customer meeting, seminars and exhibitions.
Job Qualification:
- Proven sales and communication skills in new business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields with higher degree such as MBA is a plus.
- 5 years as sales or technical engineer in plastic manufacturing industry.
- Plastic / Die casting mold design related as well as manufacturing process.
- Be able to understand Plastic / Die casting part and mold drawings.
- Knowledge in mechanical machining process such as drilling, milling, grinding, polishing.
- Knowledge in metallurgy of tool steel and surface properties used in metalworking industries JIS/DIN/ISO standards including steel grade.
- Able to understand design and drawing specifications used in industries.
- ISO 9001/ IATF16949/ ISO 14001 requirement and documentation knowledge.
- Computer literacy and use of all modern IT & communication tools.
- Fluent to Good in Thai & English (TOEIC> 550), able to communicate with international colleagues and customers in order to ensure professional relationships.
