Position Name: Account Consultant
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Telesales who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and is hungry for success. If you have a hunter mentality and are eager to exceed targets, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Aggressively pursue outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
Identify, target, and close sales through high-volume phone outreach, focusing on converting leads into customers.
Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volume, appointments set, and revenue targets.
Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage and overcome objections to close deals and achieve sales quotas. Provide exceptional customer service while balancing the need to drive results and close sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or cold calling roles with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with an unstoppable desire to succeed.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decisions quickly.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative environment.
Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.
