Job description Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce & Tableau Management
- Act as Salesforce superuser, managing user profiles, permissions, and system enhancements.
- Support the rollout of new Salesforce functionalities (e.g., Deal Desk).
- Design and deliver Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Train and support sales teams on effective system usage.
- Sales Administration Oversight
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3 Sales Administrators.
- Oversee and allocate workload to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of non-customer-facing activities.
- Procurement & Operations Support
- Manage and streamline procurement of non-stock items assigned to the sales admin team.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the launch and day-to-day functioning of the Vietnam warehouse.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Strong experience with Salesforce (superuser or administrator level).
- Proficiency in Tableau or other BI/reporting tools.
- Experience in sales operations, sales administration, or commercial support.
- Proven people management skills with ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
