Job Description:
- Lead strategic backlog management across operations; drive structured resolution and sustainable process recovery
- Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects spanning return operations, missort handling, FP&A integration, cost modeling, and financial clawback which aligning with business goals and buyer-centric OKRs
- Apply a PMO mindset to problem-solving, using structured frameworks (e.g., S-curve analysis, issue & root cause trees, MECE structuring) to drive clarity in complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver tangible outcomes across domains
- Cross-functional coordination to align on mitigation actions and decisions ensuring strategic alignment and agile execution
- Spearhead operational initiatives to uplift buyer experience, ensuring timely resolution of service failures (e.g., backlog, missort, loss & damage) and preventing recurrence through scalable solutions and policy reinforcement
- Establish and maintain operational scorecards, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, flag risk, and drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders
- Drive financial recovery efforts by building and refining cost models, quantifying operational leakage, and optimizing recovery through root-cause prevention and operational accountability
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in operations strategy, consulting, logistics, PMO with strong hands-on problem-solving skills
- Hands-on expertise with Excel, SQL, and visualization tools to extract insights, measure performance and influence action
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing process changes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment within Operations field, logistics or supply chain network alongside Operations teams closely coordination
- Strong analytical and financial acumen able to identify the root-cause of the specific problems, assess P&L impact and translate operational inefficiencies into business cases
- Proven experience leading issue resolution and process improvement initiatives through structured approaches, cross- functional coordination and performance optimization. Deep understanding of logistics Ops and customer pain points
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels and drive alignment
