Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting and dealing with visitors or customers at the front desk as well as phone calls
- Phone answering and take a message with deliver to user
- Manage a goods receiving and post mail with report
- Manage / organize the meeting rooms reservation and facilitate the readiness of each meeting as required.
- Manage stock of office supplies and stationary ordering and stock keeper.
- Handling with visitor cards and access cards with record
- Support admin add hoc as request
Qualifications
- Age between 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor of Arts major in English / Bachelor of Business administration/ any field
- Skilled in receptionist or customer service for at least 2 years
- Good communication skill
- Good personality and service-minded
- Fluency in Thai, both written and verbal
- Good command in English both speaking and writing.
- Good in MS Office365, Excel, Word
- Hospitality and positive mindset
