Job Description
Purchasing Supervisor
Responsibilities / Key Responsibilities:
To monitor purchasing activities in ordering, scheduling and negotiation of raw materials from local & oversea supplier,- Place the purchase order (PO) with approved price and materials in order to ensure all purchased items are produced in accordance with target price
- Work with RD, packaging designer and suppliers to come up with the quality of work and target cost set in new product roadmap.
- Sourcing the packaging producer/fragrance/ingredients
- Prepare cost saving reports based on negotiation, price request report, purchasing report to allow procurement team identify areas for improvement.
- Supplier audit and improvement in term of quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in product information, selling point, innovation, and communication in term of technology and science-fact.
- Other assigned by management
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in cosmetic industry , manufacturing or FMCG new product development.
- Strong in management and problem-solving.
- Can do attitude, positive mindset and time management is needed.
- Flexibility and agility with constant changes and time restrain.
- Excellent in communication, people skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
