SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Following the Company’s directions / initiatives and in alignment with the Company’s Sales and Marketing Strategies, to coordinate marketing promotional activities, to follow sales plans, and to build up and develop long term customer relationships in different channels (Hospital, Dealers & Shop Retailers etc) in order to achieve Company’s Clinical sales targets in your responsible areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Plan Implementation
- Lead to develop and implement the annual sales business plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives of the equipment sales team.
- Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize on all business opportunities.
- Identify key opinion leaders and work with Country Commercial Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
- Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to ensure to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns.
- Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs.
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/ areas.
- Lead the sale equipment team in the development of Sales Activity Plan.
- Lead to present the company project with the wide range of target customer in the market
- Leading to present the company product and project bidding and other related project planning
Reporting and Analysis
- Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area.
- Record all sales activities and market intelligence within relevant report on daily basis.
- Undertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.
Product and Procedure Knowledge
- Via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research, ensure ongoing currency of; product knowledge, sales skills, and internal systems and processes.
- Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements. Building and protecting Dentsply’s brand as a company with ‘unquestionable integrity’.
Other activities
- Work closely with Marketing Team to coordinate set-up and host trade-show/ exhibit/ seminars/ clinical meetings as assigned to build product demand.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand.
- Processes customer orders and provides account service to assigned and prospective customers.
- Performs other related duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Education
- College / University graduate preferable major in Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematic or Medical Science
Experience
- 5 years’ sales experience in related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience preferably in scientific field with demonstrated sales success
- Dealer management experience preferred
Specific Knowledge /skills
- Fluency in English (Business communication level)
- Good team player, reliable and disciplined
- Highly self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High Negotiation and Presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office is a Must
- Highly presentation technique skill
