The Position
Professional Sales Representative is responsible for promoting contraceptive and osteoporosis product to HCPs. This role focuses on driving product awareness, increasing accessibility, achieving sales targets and supporting clinical knowledge across designated accounts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Ensure listing Rx Products in targeted accounts the respective territory.
- Promotes and details products to HCP with assigned coverage rate and frequency of visit to the targeted HCP in the respective territory and leverage digital tool to improve engagement.
- Continuously update product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, challenges, and opportunities to the manager.
- Achieve call plan on existing and Potential customers by conducting scientific activities and execute high quality calls to HCP as per guideline.
- Implement sales plans and marketing activities in the territory according to plan and provide feedback to the First-line Sales Manager and Marketing team.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Science, Nursing or related healthcare field.
2-10 years of experience in Sales Representative or healthcare
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and attitude.
Passion for women's health and chronic disease management.
Self-drive, goal-oriented and able to work independently in the field.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Valid driver's license required.
