Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Processing Sales Manager to lead and grow our processing systems business across Thailand. Based in Bangkok, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-evolving market.
What you will do
As a Processing Sale Manage, you will:
- Develop and execute a clear growth strategy for processing systems, translating it into actionable business plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong technical expertise—both personally and within the team—to support customer needs and business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and lead times to stay ahead of the curve
- Gather insights into emerging customer needs to support innovation and product development.
- Ensure compliance with internal business processes and reporting standards.
- Collaborate across departments to align on integrated sales strategies and maximize business impact.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven track record in project sales and managing complex deals in the food processing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and drive results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and international business environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
