Job Description
- Collaborate with PM & design teams to design the most suitable packaging solution based on product requirements.
- Work closely with product, testing, and technical teams to assist in technical development and implementation through DFM.
- Provide technical support to customers, resolve packaging-related technical issues, and participate in technical exchanges.
- Participate in the development, optimization, and experimental validation of new packaging technologies.
- Research and introduce new materials, technologies, and equipment to improve packaging efficiency.
- Develop effective PM processes and standards for equipment management and maintenance.
- Propose strategies for process improvements, review, and track results.
- Independently design experiments and plan follow-up improvements and tracking for process issues and related anomalies.
- Responsible for guiding personnel's awareness, discipline, and enhancing their knowledge and skills, while leading the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Optoelectronic Communication, Materials, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor packaging or optoelectronic products Wire bonding, familiar with ASM, K&S, Kaijo, and Hess wire-bonding machines.
- Experience in experimental design and analysis.
- Ability to analyze yield abnormalities and reliability, with experience in optoelectronic product production; mechanical and optoelectronic testing skills are a plus.
- Responsible and possess a strong quality awareness.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
