We're seeking a dynamic, field-based Sales Specialist to drive significant revenue growth across multiple sectors like Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals & Refinery (PCR), F&B and Agricultural in Thailand. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on complex, engineered solutions for sustained power, heating, and cooling needs. You'll be responsible for deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building strong, multi-level stakeholder relationships across varying sales cycles. We need someone who can expertly manage opportunities from short-term solution rentals to complex, multi-year long-term solutions, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and a diverse skill set in both new business development and existing account expansion.

What you’ll do:
- Tailor Communication: Effectively adapt messaging for audiences ranging from operational to executive levels across various industries.
- Technical Solution Development: Quickly assess technical needs and create suitable solutions for diverse complexities.
- Strategic Resource Management: Balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Value Communication: Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, from operational managers to C-suite executives, and articulate solution value in relevant business terms.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, including setting and achieving product revenue targets and annual sales budgets.
- Business Development & Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, providing recommendations to boost sales and market share.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts for both short-term and long-range pipeline opportunities, ensuring all customer and opportunity details are managed in the CRM system.
- Revenue Attainment: Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Submit regular market analysis reports on competitor activity, potential projects, and market trends.
- Customer Base Expansion & Maintenance: Continuously expand and maintain the customer network through regular face-to-face and telephone sales calls, and prepare detailed proposals.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years of B2B sales excellence, consistently crushing targets across various industries.
- A master at building strong relationships, from on-the-ground operational managers to top-tier C-suite executives.
- Expertise in technical sales, adept at understanding complex customer needs, conducting on-site assessments, and delivering customized solutions.
- Experience in relevant sectors such as power generation, equipment rental, industrial services, or events management.
- An impressive ability to adapt quickly to new industries and business models.
- Proven success selling into critical sectors across Malaysia, including F&B, Manufacturing, Pharma, Petrochemical & Refinery, Oil & Gas, Construction, Transport, Military, and Agriculture.
- Foundational technical knowledge in areas like Diesel Engines, Gas Engines, Hybrid Power solutions, and/or Temperature Control solutions (Chillers, AHUs, ACs, Cooling Towers, etc.).
