Patent Filing Associate (Thai Market) – Legal Services Partner

Scope of Work

• Handle national phase entry and validation of PCT applications in Thailand.
• Collaborate with international legal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions to the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Thailand.
• Provide local representation and expert insight into DIP procedural and documentation requirements.
• Offer guidance on timelines, formalities, and updates related to Thai patent prosecution and filings.
• Participate in rate discussions and provide transparent pricing (hourly, task-based, or based on official fee structure, as applicable).

Selection Requirements

• Registered and authorized to act before the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Thailand.
• Legally permitted to file and prosecute patent applications on behalf of international clients in Thailand.
• Demonstrated experience with PCT national phase entries, direct filings, and Thai patent validations.
• Firm must provide a company profile or brochure, website link, and a clear point of contact for coordination.
