Responsibilities

To count the number of pallets at the Buffer Stock location daily
To submit a daily report on the transfer of pallets from the Buffer Stock to suppliers (Chep & Loscam)
To record equipment control documents (ECD) for transfer on and off in the 2ic system daily
To log data for pallet exchanges between the DC and Makro branches daily
To store ECD documents daily
To reconcile invoices and track equipment control documents (ECD) with weekly reports; follow up on Unilever on-off weekly reports
To prepare weekly Loscam pallet movement reports
To coordinate and communicate with suppliers (Chep & Loscam)
To perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experienced in Warehouse Operation background is preferrable
- Good communication in Thai
- Able to understand in English is desirable
- Skilled in computer literacy (Micorsoft Office)
