Minimum 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing ideally on search or 2 years in eCommerce for FMCG business.
A DAY IN THE LIFE…
Manage campaign deliverables with quality in accordance with eCommerce strategy & activation calendar across eRetailers & in sync with sales plans & brand priorities. Work closely with agency partners, key accounts, creative designers & marketing teams in ensuring campaigns are activated in sync and on plan.
Drive eContent building blocks adoption to drive visible improvement of eContent quality & SEO performance on eRetailer by coordinating with brands, key accounts, agency partners to ensure the products content are most up to date & optimized for search behavior (product images, titles, descriptions)
Drive strategic shoppertainment experience to build customer engagement & increase returning visitor to the official stores. (livestreaming, gamification)
Own & manage lower funnel media & marketing activities to accelerate sales on emerging businesses (C&M, Quick Commerce, International Assortment, Tiktok Shop)
Lead in JBP with customer including Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok to negotiate on trade term deal with media strategy
ARE YOU A FIT?
Minimum 2-3 years experience in digital marketing ideally experienced on search or 2 years in other function such as eCommerce for FMCG business.
Strong project management & coordination skills in navigating matrix environment.
Strong commercial understanding of digital assets both retailer media and social media/ Google etc.
Creative bent of mind to be able to design specific shopper activations and digital assets to communicate the prop/campaign
Working equation with agency resources and ability to drive accountability and high-quality delivery from E-commerce agencies
Sound analytical and project management skills
Curiosity for Digital& eCommerce landscape and keen interest in enhancing online shopper experiences
Good team working skills – mindset to collaborate and prioritise business goals
Drive for continuous improvement and strong people management skill
