The Officer, Special ULD & Accessories Management is responsible for the day-to-day tracking, handling, and distribution of special ULDs and accessories in accordance with customer agreements. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, facilitates effective stock balancing, and provides operational support for special ULD requests across global airline networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Special ULD Management Processes
Drive Results, Ensure Accountability, Business Insight
- Ensure smooth execution of special ULD management processes in line with global standards.
- Process and track ULD leasing, stock levels, and disposition requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of ULD transactions, including lease location, return details, and costs.
Support Stakeholder Coordination and Customer Requests
Customer Focus, Collaborate
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding special ULD requests and inquiries.
- Monitor incoming mailbox communications, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Planning Teams, and field-based staff to resolve stock balancing issues.
Enhance Operational Accuracy and Compliance

- Identify and escalate non-performance issues affecting stock distribution and planning.
- Ensure adherence to ULD allocation policies and contractual obligations with customers.

Requirements:Skills and Experience Required:
- University degree in Aviation, Logistics, or Business preferred.
- Recent graduates welcome; aviation or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a shift rotation and hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
