Configure and troubleshoot network devices and services including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS. Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades such as applying patches, service packs, and security configurations. Provide Level-2/3 technical support to resolve complex network issues. Ensure all changes to the network infrastructure comply with established configuration and change management policies.Job Description

- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure"
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate
- Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, and WLAN support.
- Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
- Proven experience with network security and firewall management and troubleshooting
- (CCNA) certification required, (Cisco Certified Network professional (CCNP) preferred), Firewall Certificate Fortigate (FCNSE) or PaloAlto (PCNSA, PCNSE) preferred.
- Knowledge and experienced in IT service Management (ITSM) process"
