Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for company’s products within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital procurement personnel.
- Ensure continuous product availability and visibility within hospital and institutional channels.
- Enlist new products into hospital formularies and expand product usage across departments.
- Conduct effective product detailing and scientific presentations tailored to each customer’s role and interests.
- Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, usage, and evidence-based support.
- Organize and support product seminars, lunch & learn sessions, and booth activities at medical conferences or hospital events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Administrative) to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer visits, and sales performance via CRM or reporting tools.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes and field effectiveness.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, Medical Technology, Medical Sciences, or related disciplines.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a Medical Representative role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in sales techniques with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey scientific information clearly and accurately.
- Good understanding of hospital purchasing processes and formulary listing procedures.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
