Position purpose:
Reporting to Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Management Executive / Marketing Executive
The LUXASIA Internship Program is designed for those who are currently pursuing a Degree or Master's degree to gain experience and exposure working in a Beauty Luxury Lifestyle company that continuously creates remarkable digital consumer experiences and lifestyle solutions for our Consumers. Our Internship Program is a high business-impact program that will give you the opportunity to devise strategic solutions that drive upcoming technology and work processes. This can be accomplished through implementing digitization, diving into customer analytics, designing a digital marketing strategy, or solving financial management issues.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing Intern
- Provide comprehensive support to the Marketing team, assisting with tasks related to events, customer activities, social media content, market research, and vendor/KOL management.
- Manage administrative duties for the Marketing department.
- Handle translation and copywriting for various marketing materials.
- Support the Marketing and Brand Team with daily operational tasks.
- Assist in coordinating diverse project requirements and meticulously track timelines to ensure successful completion.
- Develop and prepare professional presentation materials as needed.
Brand Management Intern
- Support the Brand Team across various functions, including advertising, social media, and market research.
- Manage administrative tasks for marketing and sales operations.
- Contribute to all copywriting and editing efforts.
- Provide daily support to the team as needed.
- Coordinate work requirements and track project timelines.
- Develop and prepare essential presentation materials.
- Facilitate coordination with trade partners and media regarding project progress.
- Conduct competitor analysis reports, communication reports, and other related assignments.
- Propose actionable solutions to address potential issues.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Public Relations, or Communication Arts.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of full-time work.
- A genuine passion for beauty, technology, and digital experiences.
- Possess a positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
- Thrive and contribute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to share and showcase your internship journey on social media with current and future interns.
