- Lead IMG Quality Business Planning Activities
- Deliver quality targets for current and forward models at all levels interfacing with operations/PD
- Drive competitive trend analysis and Best In Class forecasting including, but not limited to, volume impact studies.
- Lead and drive quality data analysis and statistical studies for IMG.
- Drive and execute modernization/ waste elimination projects, that deliver efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure all quality systems reflect agreed targets and manage/represent IMG In BSAQ, AWS, ECB, Etc. Matters
- QLS Support for IMG Plants
- Liaise with 3rd party supplier overseeing cNPS/ Competitive Studies
- Represent IMG in global & regional forums (as needed)

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing or similar MBA is Plus
- Minimum 5 years auto industry experience
- Working in an environment with cross-functional team (PD, VO, VOME, MP&L, STA, FCSD etc.) on a regional and global basis interfacing effectively with all levels of the organization
- Good Data analysis & Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to be detail oriented and highly organized.
- Strategic and logical thinking, Self starter, communication skill, Business mindset, positive and find a way attitude, team player. Culture/Diversity appreciation. Flexible working nature.
- Strong Written/Oral English essential.
