Key Responsibilities :
Planning & Management
- Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly Direct Sales objectives in coordination with the Bank’s business plan.
- Responsible for providing an annual Direct Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revision and modifications to the Plan.
- In coordination with other establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Bank.
- Plan and manage the initiatives to achieve the agreed objectives, KPIs target, and deadlines.
- Control & manage commission costs within budget
- Risk Management: Fraud applications by sales less than 0.01% of submitted applications
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Sales Management & Leadership
- Motivate & coaching both Team Leader, Direct Sales supervisors and Direct Sales agents to achieve the secured loan sales volume as per assigned target.
- Recruit, expand Direct Sales team and maintain performed Sales Agents and supervisors.
- Recruit and expand sales force at least 25 agents.
- Define and manage the monthly and annual Direct Sales objectives for all of the sales personal.
- Responsible for the Direct Sales target which is a part of CIMB Alternative Distribution Channels.
- Oversee all the roles & responsibilities of Direct Sales.
- Lead team in line with Alternative Distribution Channels, Consumer Banking.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Regulatory Compliance
- Clean desk policy and protect confidential data our clients.
Job Specification :
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in business, finance, management or economics.
- Experience in Direct Sales (Secured Loan), retail banking or other related experience in secured loan field.
- Possess a Life Insurance Broker License and a Non-Life Insurance Broker License.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with clients.
- Available to travel in upcountry and aboard in every quarter or assigned.
