- Develop and Evaluate Corporate Strategies
- Support the formulation, assessment, and refinement of the bank’s medium- and long-term strategic plans
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Coordinate and Support on Strategic Projects
- Plan, execute and monitor strategic initiatives/ programs to help the Bank achieve its strategic objectives
- Requires close collaboration with relevant business and support units in cross-functional initiatives
- Develop Management Reports and Presentations
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior management and Board-level discussions
- Conduct strategic analyses and provide recommendations in a practical, business-oriented manner
- Monitor Strategic KPIs and Performance
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to strategic goals and initiatives.
- Recommend corrective actions to address gaps or changing market conditions.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal business units and external advisors, regulators, and partners as required.
- Support senior leaders in communicating strategic priorities across the bank.
- Provide inputs relevant to the Bank’s strategy for investor relation purposes
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Strong strategic thinking and logical thinking skills
- Good communication both in Thai and English
- Ability to work in an international environment
