ABOUT THE JOB
In a team of 10 based in our historical Rayong manufacturing, you will work on the most innovative products of the Laundry category. You will actively contribute to product development working alongside expert engineers. Other functions you will interface with are: product management, laboratory, reliability and quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer care. ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
- Maintain and review preventive maintenance plans and procedures for operations maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Maintain and evaluate equipment downtime records and manage a review process to develop systemic actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues
- Develop and implement continuous improvement activates to support Lean initiatives, cost reduction and technician for equipment improvements
- Liaise with process engineers and technician for equipment improvements
- Direct, instruct and supervise maintenance technicians
- Coordinate maintenance activities to support project and process engineering work
- Assist with facilities maintenance activities to support project and process engineering work
- Comply with ISO systems which are ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO50001 including EPS 2.0
- Consulting and supporting the safety active participation in part concerned
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to overall plan including management and reporting
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
- Support to installation and receive machine and tools from engineer included PM plan and spare part list

REQUIRED COMPETENCES

- Diploma degree or higher in technical and maintenance field
- At least 3 years experience in maintenance in the similar manufacturing environment such as electrical appliance product assembly process
- Knowledge in maintenance best practice systems
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of English skill in writing, speaking and reading
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Good planning and leadership abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
