Bangkok, Thailand (On-Site)Responsibilities
Manage and collaborate maintenance topics with technical team for organizing training course, submission, maintenance issue, etc
Manage training for customer supervisors, and both internal and external basic staff (O&M)
Prepare and submit training-related documents e.g. training & transfer of technology programme, manual, material (ppt), etc for approval and monitor and update them regularly under the requirement in scope of contract
Collaborate with customer (end user) and instructor (trainer) to find time slot for setup individual training plan
Collaborate with customer to align training with operational and other safety / security standards during on job training
Manage the competency assessment process to ensure trainees meet required skill levels
Coordinate with Functional manager, Project Team to ensure all instructors (trainers) are competence for each training course
Ensure all trainees are assessed, certified, and issued appropriate certificates
Supervise and evaluate training sessions and trainers to ensure training success
Provide a monthly report on training achievements against the training plans
Support Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) Bangkok projects during Defect Liability Period and maintenance period
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
10 years' experience or more on railway maintenance and familiar in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) is preferable
Professional experience in technical and maintenance trainings
Having experience in coordinating with Operator's stakeholders, and deep understanding of their needs in Operational Readiness
Fluent in written and spoken both of English and Thai languages
