Develop and implement Leasing strategies and guidelines and drive for achieving targets.
Formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy.
Manage documentation, prepare a monthly report and any other duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time, Project presentations.
Bachelor s degree in business preferred or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in leasing international brand of food, restaurant, Retail, Sale.
Excellent interpersonal skill and a high degree of effective communication.
Good analytical & problem solving skills/Resourceful and initiative.
Good reading and writing skills in Thai and English.
