Business, sales, P&L responsibility for the assigned customers; Government hospitals and Private Hospitals with the Policy Maker levelDevelop the customer marketing strategy by coordinate with various departments to meet customer requirements.
Prioritize the strategies and actions based on the potential size of the opportunity and develop the subsequent implementation plan for each of the appropriate customers, products and channels across GSK Thailand businesses.
Lead the multi-disciplinary team, responsible for implementation of the defined customer marketing strategies and ensure all projects are completed and opportunities realized
Coordinate with finance team in analyzing current profitability and costs of current deals and discount structures and proposing more effective deal structures and pricing strategies with a view to increasing distribution, sales and profitability
Coordinate with Business unit team both sales and marketing in designing, developing, and implementing of multi-channels marketing, non-marketing, and sales campaigns both digital and non-digital for customers.
Evaluate performance of sales, marketing, and promotional campaign and analyze campaigns against set of KPIs to recommend improvements.
Build and maintain long-term relationship to the customers and senior officials at the board level with the aim to improve relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required to work closely with the market resources in Finance, marketing, Sales, legal and compliance to gain buy and approval for strategy
Manage specific project as aligned with commercial & Corporate and Government Affairs assignment.
Work closely with Corporate and Government Affairs and Market access team to develop and maintain relationships with MOPH, NHSO, KOLs and state professional society leadership to support reimbursement efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and an MBA is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in Market Access or Key Account Management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication, program management, and sales skills.
