✨ Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full recruitment and hiring process.
Actively source candidates through various channels: job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews independently.
Make hiring decisions, prepare offers, and manage onboarding smoothly.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with business needs.
Track and report recruitment KPIs and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Act as the key point of contact for all recruitment-related matters.
Qualifications
✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (experience in manufacturing is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
