Supports logistics activities and procedures to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction and cost saving.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handing import and export shipments to ensure smooth import-export operations and compliance with customs regulations.
- Contact and coordinate with oversea of customers, Freight Forwarder, shipping companies and related internal departments.
- Perform SAP system-based Goods Receipt (GR) and Bill invoice for imported shipments
- Monitor shipments to be on schedule as needed.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day problems encountered
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Import & Export function.
- Excellence in SAP module and Experience with SAP S4 or related ERP systems would be an advantage
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, FTA would be an advantage
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage multiple tasks under high pressure and work independently or in a team
- Computer literacy in MS office
- Good attitude, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work flexible hours.
