Human Resource Staff (Oversea)
Location: Lopburi Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :
- Arrange appointments and prepare necessary documents for employees to apply for Passports and VISAs for overseas training and business trips.
- Coordinate with airlines to inquire about flight schedules and make flight reservations for employees.
- Prepare travel allowances and related supporting documents for employee business trips.
- Collaborate with the Production Division to plan and schedule employee travel itineraries.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to foreign employees' work permits and visas.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Management/Social Science.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Emotionally stable, patient, and able to learn quickly in various situations.
- Good understanding of English and computer programs used in general office software.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible and able to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work well in a team.
