What makes you remarkable?
- Provide administrative support to coordinate the HSSE team’s activities, including the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, materials for meetings, and presentations
- Assist all members of the HSSE Team in various aspects of their work, including:
- Drafting reports and presentations
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing documents and reports
- Coordinate HSSE communications, including the preparation, printing, and distribution of HSSE information once approved
- Production of the HSSE Monthly Meeting
- HSSE Pack
- Monthly HSSE performance bulletin
- Drafting HSSE Briefing Notes and Alerts, Wallpapers, and Banners
- Weekly HSSE Report
- Update the Legislation Register with materials provided by the HSSE Team
- Perform statistical analysis of HEART, accident, and incident data to provide trending information on causes, entities, and locations
- Ensure necessary records are kept for audit analysis, including non-conformance corrective actions
- Undertake and manage work safely in accordance with legislation and THE SHIELD values
- Review and track the journey management process
- Maintain, monitor, and ensure PPE stock is sufficient for use
- Ensure the adoption of HSSE policies and procedures throughout the area of responsibility
- Undertake any mandatory training as required
- Actively support any other reasonable requests from the HSSE Manager
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Administrator or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSSE Administrator, with construction experience being an advantage
- Knowledge of local government HSSE rules and regulations
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to apply AI technology for HSSE tasks
- Good interpersonal and cooperative skills
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, creative, highly committed, and able to work under pressure
