Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Supervisor to oversee and manage key human resources functions while serving as a strategic partner to the business. This role plays a critical part in aligning people initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and driving employee engagement and development. The HR Supervisor will lead activities across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and training, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, translating business goals into people strategies and HR priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Manage payroll processing, labor cost analysis, and HR-related budget planning to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including social security, provident funds, commercial insurance, and government-mandated contributions.
- Lead and facilitate the annual performance review process, ensuring timely and fair evaluations across all departments.
- Partner with department heads to design, implement, and monitor training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and conducting interviews as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and global HR standards.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to leadership for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
What our Client is Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation and benefits administration, and payroll processes.
- Proven ability to solve problems proactively and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to fostering a positive employee experience.
