To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a: HR Intern - French Speaking
As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, assisting in various tasks and projects related to recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative support. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Bamboo) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports, updating HR documents, and organizing recruitment events or job fairs.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in various administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and offer letters.
Special Projects:
- Participate in HR-related projects as assigned by HR managers.
- Research HR trends and best practices to support ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications / Specific Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to the HR team in a fast-paced environment.
