Join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Center Agent at our luxurious resort in Mai Khao, Thailand! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests in this tropical paradise.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, handling inquiries with a helpful and attentive manner
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our hotel products, including room types, rates, facilities, and promotions
- Ensure the highest standards of service and maintain a positive attitude in all guest interactions
- Take personal responsibility for guest satisfaction, following up on issues in a timely manner
- Proactively suggest alternatives and innovative solutions to meet guest needs
- Develop close working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service
- Attend daily shift briefings, hotel events, and training sessions to enhance professional skills
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently using our property management system
- Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
- Assist with concierge services, providing local area information and recommendations
Qualifications
- Strong focus on customer service with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; basic Thai language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations or related customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Thai culture and customs to enhance guest experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related degree is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
