Job Propose:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with outstanding organisational and creative skills to join the Destination Marketing Team at Laguna Phuket. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively with other business units.
This role's responsibilities include creating visually compelling creative design materials, including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, electronic brochures, etc., that reflect the brands image and style of the resort destination to drive footfall.
The ideal candidate should be creative, a quick learner, and possess strong communication and exceptional time management skills. She/ He will work closely with other departments within Laguna Phuket. She / He must be able to organise tasks, set priorities, meet strict deadlines, and follow up on assignments with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone highly motivated, friendly, articulate and with excellent communication, computer, and writing skills. This position is based in Phuket, and prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Develops various creative design forms, computer graphics, production layout and marketing support that effectively communicate brand identity and key messages.
- Manages look and feel, concept, visual development and final execution of all design directions.
- Partners with other business units and related operational departments and provide design, conceptualisation, and solutions for deliverables.
- Consistently apply branding across all visual media, including logos, typography, colour schemes, and imagery.
- Assist in creating multimedia content, such as infographics and video animations, to enhance marketing efforts.
- Maintained and organised the visual assets, including photo libraries and design files.
- Ensure all images used are high-quality and meet standards.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design in the hospitality industry. College degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with video production and working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
- Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work within established branding guidelines and understand the importance of maintaining brand standards.
- Ability to prepare electronic files for print.
- Hands-on experience creating internal newsletter, corporate email and print material.
