About this Role
As Finance & Accounting Lead, you will take ownership of the company’s financial operations, from day-to-day accounting to long-term financial planning. This is a hands-on role that combines technical accounting, compliance with Thai regulations (including BOI/IBC), and practical finance management such as payments, payroll, and cash flow.
You will work closely with management, external providers, and auditors to ensure the company runs on a solid financial foundation while building in-house capabilities for the future.
Accounting
Oversee all accounting operations of the company.
Liaise with outsourced accounting providers to ensure timely, accurate reporting in compliance with BOI and regulatory requirements.
Review monthly and annual financial statements for BOI business (IBC), including Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Journal Vouchers.
Drive the transition of accounting activities from outsourced providers to in-house.
Review and verify tax filings prepared by service providers (PND 1, 3, 53, 54, PP 30, 36, PND 51, 50).
Monitor inter-company transactions and perform reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with the Revenue Department and BOI regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors (Big 4) during annual audits.
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and tax invoices to subsidiaries.
Finance
Manage vendor payments, payroll, and banking transactions (domestic and international) including withholding tax.
Support group and subsidiary payment processes.
Prepare financial and management reports for internal stakeholders.
Manage payroll, reimbursements, and provident fund contributions.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
Forecast and monitor monthly cash flow to ensure accurate, timely payments.
Build 5-year financial projections to support group and subsidiary planning.
Other
Provide support on ad hoc projects and tasks to enable smooth business operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience covering the full scope of accounting under TFRS.
Solid knowledge of Thai tax regulations; BOI/IBC accounting experience a strong advantage.
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (experience with Xero a plus).
Strong sense of ownership with a proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work to deadline.
Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive team player.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, written and verbal.
