Job Summary:
Fast Broadband Business (FBB) Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new business customers in designated area within assigned time frame to meet sales target set by management. The incumbent will develop and execute strategic plans to acquire business customer through direct contact or channel partners.

Job Responsibility:

• Prospecting and cold calling of potential customers in the assigned territory
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling other services where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and sales activities in our CRM system
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities in your area
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Job Qualification:

• Degree holder in any field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunication industry
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
• Experience in customer service and solution selling approach
• Computer literacy – MS Office applications
• A team player with positive attitude
