Job Description
Join our team at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok, Thailand, as an F&B Attendant specializing in Thai Fine Dining. We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks with attention to proper etiquette and timing
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to guests
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or functions
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow staff members
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Thai cuisine, fine dining etiquette, and beverage service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in Thai and English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and supportive attitude towards colleagues
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
