Join our dynamic team as an F&B Attendant at our luxurious resort in Mai Khao, Thailand! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests in all food and beverage outlets
• Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events and meal services
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and maintaining open communication
• Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction
• Uphold the privacy rights of guests and maintain discretion at all times

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong English language skills; knowledge of Thai language and culture is a plus
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
