We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an EDS Service Delivery & 2nd Tier Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, support complex troubleshooting cases, and work closely with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of international services and Cloud ExpressJob Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the following products and services:
- International Services: IPLC, NIX/IIG IP Transit, DIA, CorpNet, CDN, MPLS Local Loop, etc.
- Cloud Express Products: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, IBM Cloud, Huawei Cloud
Provide 2nd tier technical support, focusing on complex and critical issues in accordance with defined SLAs.
Monitor, maintain, and report on service performance based on KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, service delivery, or related roles in telecommunications or cloud services
Strong willingness to learn and foundational knowledge of telecommunication networks
Familiarity with cloud computing services is an advantage
Relevant certifications in networking or cloud computing are a plus
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
Strong communication skills in English
Positive attitude, dependable, and flexible with working hours
