As a Engineering Manager, you will be responsible to provides engineering oversight to a group of employees in multiple engineering disciplines.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Engineering Manager with experience in Ethane tank Project and Large-scale storage projects, large-scale related project in petrochemical or related industry, to join our team in Bangkok Office, Thailand.
The role responsibilities include:
· Participates in budgeting and manage engineering operations to the budget.
· Controls engineering staffing levels, organizational structure, and monitors project discipline structures. Administers engineering software licensing and costs.
· Ensures cross-discipline technical work and team activities meet all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
· Facilitates meeting project requirements through the use of engineering guidelines, programs, and management of the resources allocated to projects.
· May participate in project execution strategy and planning. Drives innovative solutions, technology advances, and methods to effectively deal with working out of sequence. May work with Project Management Teams to take corrective actions regarding any issues, staffing requirements, scope changes, progressing, or other events that could affect project completion and/or profitability.
· Reviews and authorizes work done by Discipline Managers.
· Responsible for an engineering administrative management function directing team.
· Able to manage all disciplines in terms of design integrity, schedule, actual progress, interfaces among other functional teams, especially Procurement team and Construction Team.
What you’ll have
· BS. or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university.
· Typically has 15+ years of relevant discipline and multi-discipline experience, 5+ years in project leadership, and 5+ years as a Discipline Manager.
· Has a strong understanding of cross-discipline work, interfaces, and sequencing.
· Well versed in engineering governance, project execution, and fiscal management.
· Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.
· Adept at budgeting and cost control
· Experience in Large-scale storage projects, large-scale related project in petrochemical or related industry
