You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders—both in Thailand and overseas—in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment. Executing content and campaigns across multiple social platforms. This position is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial-minded individual with strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
Main Accountabilities
E-commerce:
- Maintaining and improving the look, feel, usability and content of Lyreco’s B2B e-commerce shop front (e-shop)
- Identify priorities and marketing opportunities for new and existing products and categories on e-shop
- Create and optimize SEO-driven content on Webshop, including product category pages and landing pages, to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Support the improvement of on-site search experience using Algolia, enhancing usability and conversion rates through accurate and user-friendly search results.
- Working with the Merchandising Teams to prioritize product sell through
- Coordinating promotions and marketing campaigns
- Working on a rolling promotional calendar with the key stakeholders engaging both internal and external contributors
- Dual language content from English to Thai or Thai to English as needed
Social Media:
- Creates engaging content, monitors and responds to interactions, analyzes data, and stays current on social media trends
- Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create engaging posts, stories, and videos in collaboration with the creative/design team
- Track social media analytics and suggest improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communication, or any related fields
- 3-4 years of professional experience in Product & Content Marketing field, especially online field, and Social Media. Preferably with exposure to B2B markets.
- Commercial mindset, up-to-date knowledge of local and global market trends.
- Experience managing e-ecommerce sites and creating on-line content
- Excellent in Thai & English copy writing
- Be able to filter information and compose wording and create impactful but easy to understand content to targeted customers
- Knowledge of Graphic designs is an advantage
