What You Will Be Responsible For
The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is looking for a Fitness Instructor. Candidate with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience.
The Director of Spa Reports to the Hotel Manager.
The ideal person is one who possess experiences in world class Spa, Health Club and Wellness operations, which create an environment of aesthetic taste and superb guest experiences; who has an eye for detail and crispness; who understands market trends and has a proven track record for collaborating with Directors of Marketing to put together sound business plans and supporting action steps; who is articulate and confident and is able to advocate the importance and relevance of the Spa, Health Club and Wellness experiences; who ensures the training of the Spa and Health Club staff to exceed standards; who has ability to maintain operating criteria of Spa, Health Club and Wellness concepts and be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all their operational related services in relation to consistency with policies, philosophy and objectives for the Spa, Health Club and Wellness Programs; who is able to communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management and conveys clear instructions and guidance to staff and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale; who works closely with Engineering to maintain quality and mechanical operation of all Spa and Health Club equipment; who oversees the cleanliness of the Spa and Health Club and coordinates special requirements with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering; who is able to understand and implement emergency response procedures and respond properly in any hotel/ Spa and Health Club emergency to assure staff and guest safety.
Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the local market and speak fluent in English.

Previous pre-opening experience is a plus.
