คำอธิบายงาน
- Responsible to Hot preparation & Apex extruder machine. Die operator has to produce new industrialzation produce (ETO/ISD & etc.) with good quality within time and safety and maintain extruder tooling readiness.
- Responsible for Tread, Sidewall and Apex extruder tooling both of new industrialization and in serial production. Position has ditrect influence with new production introduction, production time and RWWO.
- Create and edit extruder recipe
- Use CEMSET to update die progress and so on.
- Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
คุณสมบัติ
- Degree from a Technical College or a comparable institute.
- Min. 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant, preferably in tire manufacturing.
- Extrusion machine operation is an advantage.
- Solidworks program drawing is preferred.
- EDM wire cut (Fanuc) machine operation.
- Manual operation (Filing, Drilling, Brass welding, Threading).
