About the Role
- Payroll Processing: Process full-cycle payroll, including data entry, calculations, deductions, and tax filings. Reconcile payroll records and resolve employee pay inquiries.
- Maintain data up-to-date and accurate in the system ie. Time attendance, ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors.
- Benefits Administration: Administer health and other benefit programs. Manage enrolments, changes, and terminations. Conduct employee benefits orientations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory reports, including other related reports. Maintain strict confidentiality.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional departments, identify process improvements, and provide administrative support.
