Responsibilities
- Responsible for interfacing with the Customer & any relevant Organizations as required.
- Communicate with customer in case of Physical product gain or loss when arrive at each store.
- Raise the claim information of product gain, loss or wrong shipped and pass all issue to Inventory Control to check the physical compare with system then feedback all solution to customer.
- Co-ordinate with operation and inventory control team to investigate the cause of problem.
- Ensure that all information of product delivery is passed to customer everyday.
