Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly, professional manner.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in e-commerce customer service or a related field.
