We are seeking a
senior, self-driven, and proactive HR leader
to lead and enhance our Human Resources function in Thailand. As Country HR Manager, you will play a key strategic and operational role in ensuring HR excellence across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, in alignment with ZIM’s global standards and Thai labor law.

- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding. Lead and manage efficient, transparent, and timely recruitment processes. Ensure all hiring activities are in compliance with ZIM’s policies and local labor regulations.
- Performance Management & Development. Support and advise managers on performance management processes, staff development plans, and training initiatives. Ensure timely and meaningful performance reviews are conducted in accordance with internal policies.
- Employee Engagement & Culture. Implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, including benefits programs, cultural alignment, and branding activities that enhance ZIM’s presence and reputation in the Thai market.
- Compensation & Payroll. Oversee timely payroll processing and ensure data accuracy. Lead periodic salary reviews and analyses, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with ZIM’s compensation framework and legal requirements.
- Manager Support & Employee Relations. Provide guidance to managers on coaching, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and resolution of employee relations matters. Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related challenges.

HR Policy & Compliance. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to reflect ZIM’s values and culture, while ensuring full compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices
- Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to operate in a matrixed environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
